About
Python By Night is a website that grew out of my desire to simply learn Python. It just so happened that the only free time I had was at night.
Many Python tutorials that an intermediate learner might encounter (after learning basic syntax) demonstrate how to create a blog—but those are usually proof-of-concepts that tend to lie forgotten in the depths of a git repository.
Determined to create something a little more useful, my blog became a playground to hone my coding skills. To date, it has foregone three different versions (as of this writing), the latest being a complete rewrite from the ground up.
At first, this was meant to be a place where I could capture my new learnings, as well as provide a resource for others on the same journey.
Lately, it has also become a place where I can improve my writing skills as well, so you're bound to find several topics outside of or adjacent to all things technical.
Oh, my name is Mario, by the way. Hope you find something of interest here, and if not, that's okay too. Glad you stopped by!
